XZS型系列分层筛适用于流水作业，是粗小颗粒比例不等过筛连续出料的理想设备。

性能特点

本机由料斗、振荡室、联轴器、电机组成。振荡室内有偏心轮、橡胶软件、主轴、轴承等组成。可调节的偏心重锤经电机驱动传递到主轴中心线，在不平衡状态下，产生离心力，使物料强制改变在筛内形成轨道旋涡，重锤调节器的振幅大小可根据不同物料和筛网进行调节。整体结构紧密、体积小。不扬尘、噪声低、产量高、能耗低、移动维修方便。

Characteristic

The machine consists of hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft, and electric motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibrating chamber. When the adjustable eccentric weight passes the center of main shaft under the driving force of motor, it may generate centrifugal force under imbalanced state, therefore, mandatorily force materials to form volution inside the sieve. The vibration of the weight regulator is adjustable according to the type of materials and the sieve mesh. The machine has many advantages , such as compacted structure , small volume , dust free , low noise , high output , energy saving and easy mobility and maintenance .
