      制袋机裁切系统由切刀、长度调节器、超越离合器，焊线调节等部分组成。切刀：是该系统重要的部件，是采用动刀及滑动导向，由弹簧压紧的浮动机构，上下刀都可调节。其中设置有调节螺钉，可以用来调节切刀的松紧度，能够很好地排除原料难切现象。制袋长度调节器：制袋长度的调节以变动连杆套在偏心拖板上的位置来控制制袋长度，通过松紧手轮与螺母来进行调节制袋尺寸。超越离合器：中塑超越离合器是本机重要的一环，其质量，性能直接影响产品长度的误差，但在使用过程中，由于工作频率高，所以其寿命亦有一定的限度。若发现生产过程中制袋长度出现误差（一般连续生产半年后），而排除其它故障仍不能解决时，可拆开离合器检查、维修。焊线和裁切线距离的调整：焊线和裁线的距离一般为5—10mm。

However, in the use process, due to the high working frequency, its service life also has a certain limit. If it is found that there is an error in the length of bag making in the production process (generally after half a year of continuous production), but other faults cannot be solved after troubleshooting, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and maintenance. Adjustment of distance between welding line and cutting line: the distance between welding line and cutting line is generally 5-10 mm.
