英国GRIMM格林进口立式轴流泵概述: 

          进口立式轴流泵为立式半调节叶片式轴流泵,其叶片安装角度可根据使用工况要求在装配泵时预先进行人工调整,使水泵正常在高效区运行,发挥更高的水泵机组装置效率。该系列泵口250、350、500、600、700、800、900、1000、1200甚至更大,流量为700~18000米3/小时,扬程为1.5~10米。水泵由泵体部分和传动部分两部分组成,安装时分水泵基础和传动(电机)基础两部分安装,这两部分安装的同心度要求较高,应由专业人员安装,其安装高度)两基础部分的高程差)由设计部门根据当地水位变化情况具体确定。
          进口立式轴流泵系单级立式轴流泵,用途沿泵轴轴线方向流动。本型水泵扬程低,流量大,适于吸送清水或物理及化学性质类似水的其它的液体之用,吸送液体的zui高温度为50℃,之用供农田排灌、工业热电站输送循环水、城市给排水、船坞升降水位或其它水利工程用水,使用范围*广泛。

英国GRIMM格林进口立式轴流泵结构说明: 

进口立式轴流泵主要由水泵本体部分和传动部分所组成。

1、水泵本体部分:

     泵轴采用优质碳素钢制成,它籍上下两只橡胶(或塑料)轴承来支撑。运转过程中,提供了用来润滑轴承的良好条件,泵轴上端的一只轴承,因多半高出水面,所以在填料函(或密封盖)上装一短管,提供启动前灌输清水润滑该轴承之用(待启动出水后,灌水即可停止)。轴承颈部是一优质碳素钢的轴套,表面涂有硬铬,以提高耐磨性和抗蚀性。其它主要零件如:喇叭管、叶轮座、叶轮外壳、导叶体、轴承座、填料座和联轴器等均用铸铁制造,出水弯管为钢焊件。填料装有填料,以提高泵的密封性。

     水泵叶轮的转向,从吸入口看,为逆时针方向(从上向下看为顺时针方向)。水泵的叶轮外壳(或连于导叶体、进水喇叭上)与叶轮两相邻表面,均呈球形面,这样保证了叶片在任何安装角度时,叶轮外圆与叶轮外壳之间有很小的间隙,以减少回流水量损失。

     根据使用需要,该型水泵可按:“工作性能表”增速或降速使用或调节叶片的安装角度,变更流量及扬程,扩大使用范围。叶片采用优质球铁制造,叶轮均经静平衡校正出厂。叶片用叶片螺母(或叶片紧圈)紧固于叶轮座上,叶片与叶轮座相邻表面刻有角度线。水泵出厂时,叶片之安装角度一般为“零”度,用户可根据需要,按照工作性能表自行调整叶片安装角度。安装前,用户必须将叶片螺母重新紧固一次,以防松动而发生事故。

2、水泵传动部分:

根据各地区的动力情况及用户使用需要,在订货时应确定传动方式,立式轴流式水泵的传动有三种方法。

(1)立式电机直接传动装置:

         电动机借螺栓紧固于电机座上,传动轴一端借尼龙柱肖联轴器与电动机联接,另一端用刚性联轴器与水泵联接,传动轴系优质碳素钢制成,其它零件如电机座、轴承盒、轴承盖底座等均用铸铁制成。水泵在运转时,其全部轴向力(即水泵叶轮上的水压力和全部水泵转子重量之总和)均由电机座(或轴承座)内装的轴承来承受。水泵转子的轴向位移可借传动装置内的螺母来调整,这样就使整个水泵机组简化,安装维修方便可靠。

(2)立式电机三角皮带传动装置:

         立式电机用螺栓紧固于机架上,机架紧固于导轨上,通过螺栓使机架能在导轨上滑动,以调整皮带松紧。运转过程中的径向力,由皮带轮及电机上的径向轴承承受。

(3)立式半交叉平皮带传动:

         皮带轮以铸铁制造,固定在轴承座与螺母间而安装在传动轴上,传动轴的径向力和水泵传动零件的重量和运转的轴向力等均由球轴承支承。

3、泵的支承:

     泵的本体重量(除去转子部分)由支撑泵体的基础或梁承受,泵的转子部分,传动装置(包括主传动部分和动力机)的重量和泵的轴向力均由支撑传动装置的楼面基础承受。

4、传动轴:

     轴流泵的传动轴,不宜过长,否则会给安装维修带来困难。为此对传动轴的长度作出规定,并依规定供应,用户订货时,要根据安装图规定的“L”尺寸选用,进行泵房设计。

5、泵成套供应范围:

(1)轴流泵本体1台;

(2)传动装置1套;

(3)逆止阀1套;

(4)专用拆卸工具1套。

注:根据用户需要,可另行配套供应:

(1)电动机;

(2)30°弯管、伸缩管、直管、扩散管;

(3)易损件(包括叶片、橡胶轴承等)。

The pump is mainly composed of pump body and drive parts.

1.Pump body part:

   The pump shaft is made of quality carbon steel and is supported by two rubber (or plastic) bearings. In the process of operation, provides a good condition for the lubrication of bearings, bearing a pump shaft, mostly due to the high out of the water, so in the stuffing box (or sealing cap) is provided with a short pipe, the water lubricated bearing instilled with before the start (to be started after the water, irrigation can be stopped). The bearing neck is a high quality carbon steel bushing with a hard chrome surface to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.    The steering of the pump impeller is counterclockwise from the suction port (clockwise from top to bottom). The pump impeller shell (or even in the guide vane body, water inlet horn) surface and the impeller two adjacent, showed a spherical surface, so that the blade installed in any angle, there is a small gap between the impeller and impeller cylindrical shell, to reduce the flow of water loss.

2.Pump transmission part:

According to the power situation in each region and the user's needs, the transmission mode should be determined when ordering, and there are three ways to drive the vertical axial flow pump.

(1)Vertical motor direct drive device:

    Motor through bolt is fastened on the motor base, by the end of the driving shaft is connected with a motor shaft coupling Xiao nylon column, the other end is connected with the water pump with rigid coupling, drive shaft is made of high quality carbon steel, the other parts such as motor seat, bearing box, bearing cover are made of cast iron base. When the pump is running, all its axial force (that is, the water pressure on the pump impeller and the total weight of all the pump rotors) is borne by the bearings in the motor seat (or bearing block). The axial displacement of the water pump rotor can be adjusted by the nut in the transmission device, so that the whole water pump unit is simplified, and the installation and maintenance are convenient and reliable.

(2)Vertical motor V-belt drive:

    The vertical motor is fixed on the frame by bolts, the frame is fastened on the guide rail, and the frame can slide on the guide rail to adjust the tightness of the belt by the bolt. The radial force during operation is supported by the belt pulley and the radial bearing on the motor.

(3)Vertical half crossing flat belt drive:

    The belt pulley is made of cast iron, fixed between the bearing seat and the nut, and installed on the transmission shaft. The radial force of the drive shaft, the weight of the driving part of the pump and the axial force of the operation are all supported by the ball bearing.

3.Pump support:

   The body weight of the pump (excluding the rotor part) bearing supported by the foundation of the pump body or beam, the rotor part of the pump, the transmission device (including the main drive part and power machine) the axial force of the weight and the pump are borne by the floor support transmission device.

4.Drive shaft:

   Axial pump transmission shaft should not be too long, otherwise it will bring difficulties to the installation and maintenance. To this end, the length of the transmission shaft is specified and supplied according to regulations. When the user orders, the pump house shall be designed according to the "L" size stipulated in the installation drawing.

5.Pump sets of supply range:
