DCS-1000定量包装秤

DCS-1000定量包装秤是通过人工把空包装袋套入装袋机下料口，利用垛盘电子称称重，标准重量为1000kg，广泛应用于化工、石油、医药等行业的各种粉、粒料大袋包装。

大袋包装生产线的工艺过程

存贮在托盘仓库中的空托盘自动输送到装袋位置。人工把空包装袋套入装袋机下料口后，夹袋器夹住袋口，做好接受来料的准备。给料箱将物料送入空包装袋中，并利用垛盘电子称称重（标准重量1000公斤）。称重完毕，夹带器及垛盘电子称上的挂袋装置将料袋释放到托盘上。垛盘输出到垛盘输送机上，人工捆扎袋口后，有叉车将垛盘取走。

结构特点

本公司生产的大袋包装生产线机构合理，重要元件采用进口产品，半自动运行，动作灵敏可靠。其显著特点是速度快，称重精度高，输出方式灵活，人机界面，能够确保产品质量符合国家标准。

称重精度 ±0.2%；称重范围 800～1000kg/bag；称重能力 18bags/h～30bags/h；气源压力0.5～0.7Mpa；总耗气量 40Nm/3h；总耗电量15kw；环境温度-10℃～40℃；环境湿度在40℃时不超过50%，在较低温度下允许有较大的湿度。

Working Process

Empty pallet stored in pallet magazine is automatically conveyed underneath the filling spout; After the bag is hung and bag mouth fastened around the filling spout manually, the bag is prepared for incoming material; Materials in the feed hopper are discharged into empty bags, then weighed by loaded pallet, weigher (standard weight 1000kg); After weighing is completed, the bag is automatically released from bag clamper and hanging apparatus in loaded pallet scale to pallet conveyors. After bag mouth is manually tied up, loaded pallet is then carried away by forklift.

 LCS液体灌装秤

LCS液体灌装秤，可以满足多种液体自动灌装的需要。该系统采用液面上或液面下灌装，设计独特的喷枪易于操作，灌装快速、*，并且*大限度的避免灌装完毕时残液的滴漏。使用于安全环境，可以灌装多种的桶和容器。操作时，操作者仅需简单的移动容器，使容器的灌装口对准喷枪嘴正下方。按下“启动”按钮，喷枪自动下降，空桶自动去皮，然后*地多速灌装,保证灌装精度灌装结束，喷枪自动提升至桶外。操作者移开满桶，一个灌装循环结束。

LCS liquid filling scale is able to meet the requirements of various automatic liquid filling. Above or under liquid surface filling method is used in this system. The unique designed spray gun is for the purpose of easy, fast and accurate operation and also for maximally preventing residual liquid from dropping in after filling is completed. Being applied in safety conditions, it is suitable for kinds of barrels and containers. During operation, the operator only needs a simple movable container and makes this container inlet be under and toward the spray gun nozzle. Then press “start” button and the spray gun will be down automatically and empty container will be automatically weighted. After this, the accurate filling is carried on at multi-speed. When filling is finished, the spray gun will be automatically lifted outside the container. At last, the operator moves away the full container and one filling cycle is end.
